Ryan Construction has its roots in a construction company founded in 1979. At the outset, its focus was residential housing. The aim was to supply top quality housing at market related pries to the greater Cape Town region.
The business is family owned and managed. It is a medium sized construction company with a turnover of R15 million per year.
It employs approximately twenty (20) full time staff members and fifty (50) additional staff in the form of sub-contractors depending on the amount of work on its books at any given time.
Our experience spreads broadly over the construction spectrum with projects from upmarket housing, government tenders and a wealth of experience in public and private maintenance our core business area.
In addition to this we undertake alterations and additions to residential housing and office refurbishments for government and corporate alike.
Ryan Construction is managed by its owner Maxwell Daniels and sons, Ashley and Ryan. With the hands-on philosophy, we pride ourselves on a high standard of workmanship, quality control and the timeous completion of projects.
It goes without saying that in order for us to produce quality work, we need quality staff. We have capable and experienced teams of staff that are willing to go the extra mile in order to satisfy our clients’ needs.
This is evident in the number of upmarket houses we have concluded over the years with the award-winning architect WW² Architects. Many that has also featured in award-winning magazines like House & Home and House & Garden.
Ryan Construction is a Level 2 BEE company with a strong belief in the BEE philosophy of empowerment through staff development and preferred procurements.
We have a CIDB grading of 6GD(PE) for construction projects. We are members of the NHBRC thereby ensuring that quality is key and compliance is regulated.
